The Include-IT Mersey Partnership, through Sefton CVS as lead organisation, invites suitably qualified and experienced applicants to conduct an evaluation of the Include-IT Mersey Project.
Sefton CVS, as the Lead Organisation, is procuring this work on behalf of the Include-IT Mersey Partnership by means of a formal open competitive tender process. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the respective procedures and regulations of the Big Lottery Fund and European Structural Investment Fund (ESIF).
The Include-IT Mersey Partnership brings together representatives from the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, three Local Authorities (LAs) and eleven Housing Associations (HAs) from the Liverpool City Region (LCR).
The Partnership has been awarded £1.6 million grant funding to deliver the Include-IT Mersey digital inclusion project through the Big Lottery Fund Building Better Opportunities programme, which is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund.
The project runs from March 2017 until March 2019.
