Big Lottery Fund are recruiting! (various roles – closing 12th November)

Big Lottery Fund is the largest community funder in the UK. Last year, we distributed more than £700 million to over 13,000 projects. From small, local projects to UK-wide initiatives, our funding brings people together to make a difference to their health, wellbeing and environment.

We believe strong, vibrant communities are built and renewed by the people living
in them. Communities come in all shapes and sizes, and National Lottery funding is
there for everyone.

We focus on supporting charities, community groups and people with great ideas, local or national, large or small, which will create opportunities for people to improve their lives.

Why are we recruiting?

We’re changing the way we work in England by improving our grant making and moving closer to the communities we fund.

We will work across six local hubs, covering the Midlands, south west, Yorkshire and the Humber, London and the south east, north west and north east regions. Our teams in these areas will be the main point of contact for communities.

They will work with people to develop their ideas, from application through to project completion, and they will create opportunities for groups to come together.

We believe that people and communities are best placed to take advantage of opportunities and rise to challenges. Our job is to support them in doing so.
