A committed and skilled practitioner is required to support our existing team in providing a direct service to women who have, or are currently living in an abusive environment.
The post is open to female applicants only as being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
21 hours per week – days/hours to be negotiated
Salary Scale NJC G SCP 27 £22,958 pro rata per annum
12 Months Initial Contract
Applicants must have a relevant qualification together with an excellent understanding of the issue of Domestic Abuse
The post is based in SWACA’s Centre in Knowsley Road, Bootle, however the post holder will be expected to deliver services in other relevant locations across the Borough.
