Parental Alienation

The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) is developing a High conflict practice pathway providing guidance, research and tools to enable practitioners to assess high-conflict cases including those involving parental alienation. The guidance, which is currently being tested, encourages early identification of high-conflict cases and builds on existing resources to help practitioners find an outcome which is in the best interests of the children involved.
