Knowsley Healthwatch is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to the Healthwatch team, whilst the postholder is on maternity leave for nine months.
Job Title: Administration Officer [Signposting], Knowsley Healthwatch
Location: Huyton, Merseyside
Hours: 35 hours per week [maternity cover]
Duties include receiving and signposting enquiries to Healthwatch, updating databases and preparing documents and correspondence for the team. Other main duties include preparing agendas for meetings and minute taking and assisting with organising events, conferences and training courses.
The successful applicant must have excellent organisational skills, be a team player and work to agreed timescales and deadlines. In addition they must be IT literate and have strong communication skills both in writing and face to face.
