£22,443 per annum, plus Company Pension

Job Purpose:  Responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, Young people, their families and adults by delivering high quality interventions, acting as their single point of contact, coordinating a holistic, temporary offer of support focusing on outcomes

Main Responsibilities:  Undertake an assessment of the need for early help; provide targeted early help services to address the assessed needs of a child and their family which focuses on activity to improve the outcomes for the child.

Act as a single point of contact for the child, young person, or family, who they can trust and who can engage them in making choices, navigating their way through services and effecting change.

Coordinate the delivery of agreed actions in the Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings to ensure that children, young people and families receive an effective service that is regularly reviewed.

Working Pattern:  35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  The nature of the post will require some evening and weekend work with a flexible approach

Salary£22,443 per annum, plus Company Pension

Comments:  The successful candidate will be given a full induction but ideally you will have similar experience in another setting.  A self starter that can show the initiative to work alone but within the needs of the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications:  Good Standard of Education to A Level (Level 3) or equivalent
