On Saturday 17th August, Sefton4Good is once again taking part in the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral Abseil.
Our team of brave volunteers are facing a 150 foot free fall drop over the main entrance of the iconic Cathedral to help us raise money for local good causes in Sefton. All funds raised will be used to support our small grants programme.
Since 2016 we have distributed over £25,000 between more than 40 voluntary, community and faith organisations in Sefton. This money has been used in a wide variety of ways purchasing equipment for beach cleans to providing summer breaks for vulnerable children, from helping to establish dementia friendly film screenings to providing boilers and fridges for community centres, and much, much more.
All donations, no matter the size, will help to make a real difference to communities all across Sefton!
Please show your support for the Sefton 4 Good team and donate online to support the abseil – anything you can give will go towards supporting good causes across Sefton.
More information, such as the timings of Sefton4Good’s abseil time slot will be released closer to the event.
