Sefton CVS will be hold three upcoming online sessions aimed at supporting local VCF sector groups and organisations, including two Meet The Funder events with Burbo Bank Extension Community Fund and John Moores Foundation. Each session will last one hour, and will be hosted using Zoom Video Conferencing (details will be provided to each participants once confirmed).

Developing Group Resilience – Small Charities & Community Groups

Info: Group resilience has always been important and now faces new challenges. Our session will consider the essential qualities that contribute to group resilience and the importance of group development, evaluation and stakeholders, with particular reference to the impact of Covid-19. This session is aimed at small charities and community groups. Limited places.

Info: The Community Fund invites applications from organisations and community groups which seek to provide essential support and services to communities in their efforts against COVID-19, with critical support also available to these groups in their core delivery services. The Foundation does this by making grants to local groups that fall within particular areas of interest, including those affected poor health, poverty or discrimination.
