Job title: Office Co-ordinator
Hours of work: 18 hours per week worked flexibly with the job-share Administrator over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 pa pro rata (dependent on experience) + 7% pension
Responsible to: Manager
Location: Premier House, Wight Moss Way, Southport. PR8 4HQ.
Due to retirement we are now looking to recruit an experienced Office Co-ordinator, who can
provide first class support with administration and finance, to ensure the smooth running of

• Administration skills and experience
• Knowledge and experience of Quick-Books system
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office suite, including MS Team
• Knowledge and use of case management systems
• High standards of practice and presentation at work
• Effective communication skills: written, verbal and telephone
• Ability to prioritise
• Knowledge/experience of recruitment procedures for staff and volunteers
The hours of work are 18 hours (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, worked flexibly as a job share
with the other Administrator).
A DBS will be required.
