Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 outbreak, other risks have not gone away. Remember that safeguarding concerns must still be raised. All the resources you need can be found on the Safeguarding Portal.


The Health Protection (Coronavirus) Regulations came into effect on 10 February 2020 following emergency procedures in Parliament. The Coronavirus Bill 2019-21 has its second reading in the House of Commons on 23 March 2020.
