Living Well Sefton launch the Community Resilience Grant Round 10

Today, Tuesday 2 August, marks the opening of the latest round of Living Well Sefton’s Community Grant fund. The theme of this round is Community Resourcefulness.

The Community Resilience Grant fund is open to Sefton-based voluntary, community and faith (VCF) sector groups.

Groups are invited to apply for up to £2,000 to support local community health and wellbeing projects and activities that evidence community resourcefulness within the borough.

Projects do not necessarily have to be new for this round but we are looking to fund projects that serve the local community and demonstrate resourcefulness.

Living Well Sefton has a series of Community Resilience Grant rounds planned throughout the year and organisations are able to apply for more than one round so long as the project plans are distinctly different.

To date almost 200 grants have been awarded to organisations through the Community Resilience Grant fund. Previous grant recipients are encouraged to reapply as well as first time applicants and those that have previously been unsuccessful.

The deadline for submitting applications to the fund is Wednesday 5 October 2022.
