Sefton Borough is an Alzheimer’s Society approved Dementia Friendly Community. Dementia Friendly Sefton acts as Sefton’s Dementia Action Alliance.
The forum is made up of member organisations from across all sectors who have a collective interest in improving the lives of those living with dementia in Sefton. Benefits of membership include regular networking meetings and opportunities to showcase and share good practice.
