Health and Social Care (HSC) Forum

Membership of the Health & Social Care Forum (HSCF) is open to all voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations working in the field of health and social care within the Borough of Sefton.

Sefton in Mind

Sefton in Mind brings together organisations with an interest in improving the experience of people living with mental health issues in Sefton.

The Sefton Partnership for Older Citizens

The Sefton Partnership for Older Citizens aims to develop and support a strategic approach to the delivery of services for older people in Sefton and to oversee the implementation of the Older People’s Strategy.

Dementia Friendly Sefton

Dementia Friendly is made up of member organisations from across all sectors who have a collective interest in improving the lives of those living with dementia in Sefton.
