Job Title: Health & Wellbeing Trainer
Salary: £19,583.20, (FTE of £24,479)
Location: Sefton CVS, Burlington House, Waterloo (Hybrid working)
Hours: 28 hours per week
Term: Fixed term until March 2027 initially
Accountable to: Health Programmes Manager

Job Purpose

The Health and Wellbeing trainers work with people with low level reablement needs, in a given locality, to enable them to live more independently. Other aspects of the role include;

• Identifying facilities and organisations throughout Sefton that deliver services to aid independent living and improve health and wellbeing.

• Encouraging and promoting independent living via partnership working with cross sector agencies.

• Utilising existing Sefton Reablement Services, including Information and Signposting Officer, reporting to the Reablement Co-ordinator
