Health and Social Care Forum

The Health & Social Care Forum (HSCF) is open to all voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations working in the field of health and social care within Sefton.

The forum engages voluntary sector health and wellbeing service providers with statutory partners and commissioners, who work together in addressing public health priorities. The forum has representation on boards including; Sefton Health and Wellbeing Board, The Transforming Care Partnership Board and Healthwatch Sefton.
