Sefton CVS in partnership with commissioners are delivering a number of community based heath projects. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for a range of teams

The High Intensity Use of Services team work one on one with patients who are frequent users of emergency services and non-elective admissions to A&E.

The Sessional Worker will support the delivery of social activities for young people with additional needs and disabilities in accordance with the policies of Sefton CVS and at the request of the Buddy Up Coordinator.
