Living Well bus in Formby on Friday 30th June to provide free health checks and COVID-19 vaccines

The ‘Living Well’ bus will be at at Formby Waitrose from 10.30 to 4pm on Friday 30th June providing spring COVID booster vaccinations, and also health checks if time allows.

No appointment needed

The bus will be at the following location from 10:30am to 4pm, with no appointment

The service, which is delivered by the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, was launched in June 2022 to offer a consistent health and care approach across communities across Cheshire and Merseyside. All activity is recorded and shared with your GP, ensuring ongoing understanding and support for your health is in place.
