Sefton Crowd is re-launching with an event for anyone who wants to kickstart their own community project
Join Sefton Council at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre, 1:30pm – 3:30pm on Friday 4th April to learn about the funding available from Sefton Crowd to support community-led ideas.
Sefton Crowd can support projects that will help the Borough become more vibrant, resilient, and connected.
The April event, in partnership with Spacehive will be a chance for you discuss your ideas with the crowdfunding team and find out more about how the crowdfunding process works.
You will also be able to hear from others who have used Sefton Crowd support for successful projects to in improving their communities.
Cllr Liz Dowd Sefton Council Cabinet Member for Communities and Partnership Engagement will also be speaking at the event.
She said: “I am delighted we will be launching this next round of Sefton Crowd funding with Spacehive.
“Local people in their communities are in the best position to see opportunities for innovation and improvement. The crowd funding platform is another way in which the council works in partnership with all its communities to enable positive change.
“I’m looking forward to seeing the ideas people come up with.”
