Mental Health Support Grants 2025 – Deadline Thursday 30 January 2025

The Mental Health Support Grants, coordinated by Sefton CVS and working in partnership with Sefton Council, will provide funding from £500 up to £5,000 for the delivery of activities which promote positive wellbeing for people over the age of 65 in Sefton. 

Projects will have to focus on one of the following themes; 

• Promote positive wellbeing for people aged 65 years+
• Provide support to people aged 65 years+ who may experience loneliness, isolation, anxiety and depression.

Applicants are invited to apply for either: 

• Micro/Small Grants between £500 and £2,499, OR
• Basic Grants between £2,500 and £5,000

Applications should be made for projects aiming to begin in March 2025, to enable a wide variety of projects to be considered, there is no specified duration that projects should be delivered for, however, all projects must be completed by 31 October 2025.
