Job Title: Buddy Up Coordinator
Salary: £27,144.21 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Term: 12-month fixed term contract
Location: Burlington House, Southport Community Centre and various locations across the borough

Job Purpose:
- To coordinate a short breaks service for young people with mild to moderate Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) based on needs of participants and demand for the service. This is delivered as weekly Youth Clubs, activities and days out in the school holidays.
- To coordinate, manage and support Project Support Officer, Sessional Workers and Volunteers.
- To contribute to the strategic development of SEND provision within Sefton
