The session will help improve your bid writing techniques to produce funder focused proposals, increase your success rates and win new resources for your organisation. Bid Writing is an essential skill when it comes to securing funding for your organisation. The training is ideal for any staff or volunteers who are responsible for writing funding applications.
Course Outline: The session will cover a range of topics including;
- Finding Funding: identifying funding options; understanding eligibility conditions, funder objectives and priorities.
- Preparing a Bid: researching and presenting evidence of need; understanding outputs and outcomes; presenting information.
- Applying for Funding: guidance on what makes a good bid; do’s, don’ts and application tips.
