Understanding Community Asset Transfer: Online Session – 10:30am, Thursday 27 November 2025

Sefton Council has recently launched a new Community Asset Transfer Policy which enables Charities, social enterprises, and voluntary groups to express interest in leasing Sefton Council-owned land and buildings.

Community Asset Transfers provides opportunities for community-focused organisations to take on council-owned assets under lease agreements, and enables improvements to assets and places across the borough where there is unfulfilled potential. The policy and process were approved at Sefton Council’s Cabinet meeting earlier this month.

If you are interested and want to know more come and join us online at 10:30am on Thursday 27 November 2025 to learn more.
