Parenting 2000 is recruiting a Senior & an Early Help Family Practitioner to join our successful Early Help Whole family Working Service.
Senior Early Help Family Practitioner
£27,800: Full time 35 hours per week plus non- contributory pension
Based in our Southport & Crosby Centres (Part time applications welcome)
The role of the Senior Early Help Family Practitioner is to run their own case load of families receiving support whilst co-ordinating and supervising the service; this includes acting as the primary contact for the programme, making sure that it meets its targets and supervising and supporting the Early Help Family Practitioner.
Early Help Family Practitioner
£24,800 -£25,500: Full time 35 hours per week plus non- contributory pension. Based in our Southport & Crosby Centres (Part time applications welcome)
Early Help Family Practitioners act as the family’s single point of contact, co-ordinating a holistic, temporary offer of support and advocacy, focusing on overcoming some of the problems families may have. This involves the Family Practitioner focusing and delivering high quality support and interventions to families with complex interconnected problems
