Sefton Care Leavers Centre take on John O’Groats to Lands End Static Bike Challenge!

The Challenge, along with partners, colleagues and service users, is to cycle 874 Miles on a static bike over the course of one week. The total miles equates to a cycle route from John O’Groats to Lands end.

They will be carrying out the Challenge all this week from Monday 11th December until 17th December 2017.

Our Place, Sefton Care Leavers Centre, is a project managed by Venus to provide a range of support to looked after children and care leavers as they undertake the difficult transition from care to independence.  They offer independence building activities such as parenting skills for young care leavers who are parents or pregnant, tenancy support and pre-tenancy training, confidence building, one to one and group counselling and emotional health and wellbeing support.  As well as providing advocacy and just a welcoming, inclusive place to be.
