Upcoming FREE online training – Make Every Contact Count for COVID Recovery (16th + 24th September)

Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is a national program which provides advice and support for healthy chats to address behaviour change, so that people can have better health and live longer, healthier lives. The aim of the training is to maximise the opportunities participants have to increase the number of healthy chats in Sefton.

This special edition of MECC will address the specific issues related to COVID-19, lockdown and recovery, such as poor mental wellbeing, limited access to exercise, unhealthy eating and drinking habits and loss of confidence and mobility; also tips and hints for remote or telephone conversations.

These 1.5 hour sessions are being offered:

Wednesday 16th September 2020, 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Thursday 24th September 2020, 2:00pm – 3:30pm
