The Health & Wellbeing trainers work with people with low level reablement needs, in a given locality, to enable them to live more independently.

The High Intensity Use of Services team work one on one with patients who are frequent users of emergency services and non-elective admissions to A&E.

The Sessional Worker will support the delivery of social activities for young people with additional needs and disabilities in accordance with the policies of Sefton CVS and at the request of the Buddy Up Coordinator.
