National Trustees’ Week (7-11 November) is a time to recognise, promote and celebrate the role of charity trustees. Sefton CVS is holding an event to celebrate Trustees’ Week and to encourage more people to become a trustee for local charities.

Our Voices: Launching the Historic Townships Exhibition

On Friday 7 October 2022, a year’s worth of hard work came together when we launched the community-led touring Historic Townships exhibition at Crosby Library. Our Volunteer Researchers were able to see the heritage displays they have been creating for the first time as part of a larger collection of 9 free-standing roller banners.

Helping to bridge the digital divide in the cost of living crisis

Include-IT Mersey is looking for volunteers to encourage local people to improve their digital skills at digital drop-in sessions and by accessing free training. Known as Digital Champions, they will support participants to make the most of the digital world and will volunteer in local communities to raise awareness of the benefits of getting online.

Community based Digital Inclusion Survey

VOLA has been commissioned by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCR CA) to undertake some research and mapping into current Digital Inclusion activities that are happening on the ground in local communities across the city region, so that the overall picture at a city region level can be brought up to date.
